Momentum Automotive Success Training Academy's (MAST) introduction to SalesCare is an intensive 4-day skills training designed to get your new and existing Sales Reps & Customer Care Representatives (CCR) ready to effectively manage and convert sales related opportunities into beneficial showroom appointments that show and purchase!
Your Reps will learn how to; effectively engage existing and potential customers, build relationships and store value, promote higher customer retention and CSI's. They will also learn how to overcome a wide range of customer objections while creating a positive customer phone/internet experience. They will be given opportunities to practice what they learn (role play exercises) utilizing proven conversation-controlling tools (industry best practices).
* Developing the right sales and closing mindset
* Setting solid and specific appointments through the use of proven inbound & outbound phone scripts
* Introduction to overcoming sales objections thru beneficial PowerTracks
* Role-playing basic to difficult caller scenarios
* Building valuable retention-promoting customer relationships
* Introduction and usage of store Wow-Factors (commercials)
* Conducting effective Follow Up and rescheduling No-Shows
* Confirming and rescheduling appointments
* Conducting effective Outbound Campaigns
* Managing and converting Internet leads
